  1. 当客户收到已被损坏的货,只要不是人为,我们都会安排从新寄
  2. 如有任何损坏,请在当天立刻联系我们,我们会立刻做出安排,如过了2天以上,恕不退换/补偿
  3. 如包裹遗失,我们也会重新补发一份给客户

  1. When the customer receives the damaged goods, as long as it is not an artificial problem, we will arrange to send a new one again
  2. If there is any damage, please contact us immediately on the same day and we will make arrangements immediately. If more than 2 days, we will not take responsibility to return or compensate
  3. If the package is lost, we will resend a new package to the customer
